Time Clocks and More Returns PolicyIn the event that a customer needs to return merchandise the protocol is as follows:
- The customer must obtain an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number from our service center; we are available 9-5 EST Monday through Friday at: 877-318-1016 or by email sales@timeclocksandmore.com.
- RMA numbers will only be issued within 30 days of shipment
of original order.
- There will be a minimum of 15% restocking fee on all goods returned in brand new condition
- Goods returned that are not in brand new condition are subject to a higher restock fee percentage at the retailers discretion.
- Some purchases are nonrefundable; these include but are not limited to software, upgrades, services, peripherals and used merchandise.
