This product does not work! Took it out of the box, plugged it in and there is an ERR 1 code on the display screen. I haven’t been able to use the product because of this code. I might could understand it somewhat better if I had attempted to use the coin sorter and then the ERR1 code popped up, but no, straight out of the box, the code was there! I have contacted the company who makes this product and they offered suggestions to try, none of them worked. I pretty much just wasted my money. Very disappointed!!
